Current software problems with Chrome browser
After the latest Google Chrome update, some SmartCover users may experience the pressure measurement images freezing during recording. There are two quick ways to resolve this issue:
- Use a different browser (Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.).
- Download our desktop app, which provides its own user interface and operates independently of your web browser. You can find the app and installation instructions here.
If you can't find or launch the app after installation, navigate to C:\Program Files\WhereIsMyVelobox and start it directly from there.
And don't forget to switch on your Velobox before getting started! 😉
