Proper (Correct) saddle width.
A saddle - much like a pair of shoes - has to fit!
An ill-fitting saddle, too narrow or too wide, will cause pressure where it
is not supposed to.
SQlab - as the first
saddle manufacturer - has developed a method to measure the distance between the seat bones to calculate the individual optimum saddle width. This simple concept has taken
hold during the last couple of years and today it is hardly conceivable to
purchase a saddle without first taking this very individual measurement to
insure a proper fit.
To figure out the
exact measurement of your seat bones and the correct saddle size for you, please
use our "fit by mail" kit.
